ABOUT THE EVENT

Exhibition about working at Valby Bakke.

Through a campaign, Home of Carlsberg has invited former Carlsberg employees to share their stories and images from their daily life working at the brewery when it was located at Valby Bakke.

This special exhibition consists of many stories and images from daily life at the old brewery, which can be experienced free of charge at Home of Carlsberg. The stories, which are directly from the workers themselves, give an authentic, unfiltered, and fun insight into going to work at Denmark's largest brewery.

Where: Gamle Carlsberg Vej 11 in the courtyard.

When: September 6 to 22, 10:00-18:00.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Photo exhibition of brewery workers.

Without the brewery workers, there would not be a Carlsberg today. This statement pays tribute to a free photo exhibition at Home of Carlsberg during Golden Days 2024.

Here, you can get an insight into the brewery workers' work at the Carlsberg brewery in the past, as well as new photographs from the brewery in Fredericia. The photographs also depict the transformation from manual to automated work at the brewery.

The exhibition can be visited in one of Carlsberg's most well-known work tools - the truck - which normally delivers beer to the Danes.

Where: Gamle Carlsberg Vej 11 in front of Home of Carlsberg.

When: September 7 10:00-20:00 and 8 September, 10:00-18:00.
